Prioritising Your Care at This Critical Time
Due to the current pressures in the NHS, the Government has advised that all GP practices are to focus on urgent care needs for at least the next couple of weeks. This may mean that some routine appointments may not be available.
Following instruction from NHS Kent and Medway Clinical Commissioning Group, it will not be possible for you to use the practice's eConsultation service from 5pm on 24 December 2021 until 8am on Tuesday 4 January 2022. You will still be able to access the self-help and signposting features on eConsult. We know this will be inconvenient for some of our patients, but it is necessary while GP teams continue to deliver the booster campaign.
- Patients who need to contact their GP team over the Christmas and New Year period should ring the practice. If we are closed there will be a message about how to get the help you need.
- If you need urgent medical help (but it’s not an emergency) please visit 111.nhs.uk or call 111 who can help get you to the right service and book you an appointment if appropriate.
- We may also not be able to respond to some requests and complaints within usual timeframes. If this is the case, we will advise you.
We thank you for your ongoing patience and support throughout this challenging time.
