Let’s Talk About Ovarian Cancer
Do you know the symptoms?
- Persistent bloating or swollen tummy
- Reduced appetite or feeling full quickly
- Pain or tenderness in tummy or pelvis
- Needing to wee more urgently or often
Symptoms will be:
- Frequent – usually more than 12 times a month
- Persistent – they don’t go away
- New – not normal for you
Other possible symptoms:
- Diarrhoea/constipation
- Tired all the time
- Weight loss
- Back pain
- Bleeding after menopause
There are many other (non-cancer) causes for these symptoms but if you are concerned, its best to get them checked out.
Finding ovarian cancer earlier can mean its more treatable.
