Our Practice Business Manager, Dan O'Connell, is responsible for practice performance and for overseeing staff management. Dan takes the lead on representing the practice within the Primary Care Network (PCN) working with the other local practice managers to create a more sustainable care model for the area. He is also responsible for bringing new services into the practice. He will be pleased to receive any suggestions for improving the services offered by the Practice. Samantha Bissell - Deputy Practice Manager

Samantha manages all aspects of our patient engagement, including complaints and incidents. Samantha is on hand to answer any questions that may arise from patients and staff in relation to either positive or negative feedback, and clinics available with alternative clinical team on and off site. Samantha can be contacted via the reception desk, email into the surgery or via the secure online form.
Sharron Smith - Reception Manager
